I was pleased with this. There’s a lot of cassis riding on a bed of blackberries, with some fresh raspberries and blueberries. Some leather, wood, and a little graphite, too. The tannins are low to moderate, but there’s enough acidity to balance the fruit. A good value, too. — 8 years ago

Well started this weekend with blends and ended it as well. Jammy, nicely done. Cab sauv, Cab franc, merlot, malbec, petit verdot, and syrah. The only thing missing is personally I would've thrown in some grey goose but hey that's just me. But seriously fruity, oaky, rich dark color. Nice lingering palate. Throw a steak on the Q and enjoy.
