Crisp and bright on first blush offering lemon layered through grass. Interestingly, it seems to find even small bits of salt and expose it Ex. Havarti and dill coupled with smoked salmon alone showing very light salt, but add a splash of this Grüner and there it is! Not a bad thing. Interesting! I will try to figure how to use that reaction in a most advantageous fashion... In any case, this is a superb punch per price wine! Good being back on Ocracoke hanging at Zillie's with all the Ocracats (such a groovy scene!). Prost!
