From Prosser, WA. Sweet and fruity. — 13 years ago
Big for Prosser, but that's what 2012 gave everyone. A crowd pleaser, but still typical JK Carriere with a touch of funk, good acid and soft tannins. — 11 years ago
Dark plum fruit black licorice spice blueberry jam very big and chewy on the tongue lots of jammy fruit with a bit of heat on the Prosser vineyard about of black pepper spice a bit hot but still fresh at the end. Most excellent — 13 years ago
Prosser is a frigging genius with this wine. I love it — 11 years ago
Cab out if Prosser. Wa. Voted best wine under $20. Smooth and 100% cab. — 12 years ago
For the price this is a pretty great Cab Sauv. I can taste plum, black cherry, a very light oaky taste ( most likely aged in older oak barrels) I also taste a very slight hint of smokiness, and tobacco. It has subtle tannins which is uncommon for a Cab Sauv. — 13 years ago

Kudos to winemaker, Jim Prosser for turning out this utterly charming sparkling Pinot Noir. 2011 was the inaugural vintage, and was whole-cluster pressed then slowly fermented in neutral oak using native yeast. Crafted in the Méthode Champenoise tradition, the nose is delicately perfumed with hibiscus, rose hips, wild strawberries, blowsy fresh linen, and mint. Elegant and softly textured, and interlaced with melon, seedy raspberry and a sprinkling of minerality. Crisp finish. 12.5% ABV | Sample — 11 years ago
