Perfect with lamb and flageolets — 7 years ago
Started out weak and ungiving. Thought it would disappoint. Gradually it gathered steam and by the two hour mark it was just rocking and rolling, an amazing dense balanced nuanced fabulous bottle of wine that blew away the 04 DRC Richebourg next to it. Stunning wine. Sous bois and mushrooms hidden behind dark fruits, smoke and a little bit of minerals, I was blown away. — 9 years ago

Nice acidity (would not drink without food), a little smoke and very nice balance. Would buy again for $25 and under — 11 years ago
Received from California Wine Club. Not a bad Chardonnay blend! — 6 years ago
Super saline and mineral pallet/nose give this grüner intricate interest. I suspect some would argue there is some fruit, but I'd disagree...well maybe except for honey, which is not a fruit :). We unfortunately had it at too high a temp, a sacrifice to Irma braking our fridge's chiller (and my patience). Live long and prosper 🖖 — 8 years ago

Beautiful example of Mersault with stone fruit and hazelnut. Medium to heavy body with almost color of honey. The vintage of 2009, very good timing to enjoy on a hot summer day — 10 years ago
