Simple red wine. Heavy tannins, but surprisingly easy to drink after allowing to air out. Professor market for $10.99. — 9 years ago
Easy and smooth. — 9 years ago
Great, classic, sav blanc nose with bit of funk and citrus and pears. Nice acid backbone with tropical notes and citrus bit not sweet. Great minerality. . — 10 years ago
Powerful nose, strong pear though not sweet. — 10 years ago

Manzoni Bianco? Sure, why not. Banana, lemon and lime, pineapple, honeydew melon (reminds me of the Italian Macedonia salad). Acidity is high, and it works with the fruit. Some green herbal notes. Not bad, not expensive. — 9 years ago
Dense
Critical Acclaim:
This no-herbicide, hand-picked, hilltop Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon-Petit Verdot blend is rich with attractive acidity and ripe strawberry fruits. Its tannins present a structure for fruity texture. A wine from Bordeaux wine guru Professor Denis Dubourdieu’s stable, it has concentration and a dense dark aftertaste. Drink from 2017.

Creamy and smooth but modestly sour with rich flavor. Very refreshing sour. — 10 years ago
Intense and serious like your 10th grade English professor with brooding notes of roasted red plums and a furrowed brow of smoked almonds create a demeanor of serious study. Flavors of dried flowers rise into the air like Chaucer quotes. A densely-flavored note of prunes has the weight of the pressure of turning in your first paper. Among all these weighty and serious flavors a ray of fresh tart cherry acidity that is able to cut through and give the wine a light, airy note like English class movie day on Friday. And for the night portion of the evening, Professor Jamet with horror show in a bottle. A dark, bloody, brooding presence that can scare the shit out of a guy if he's not ready for it. Feral elegance. Fantastic. QPR beast. — 8 years ago
