These wines need a lot of air. They are intensely mineral and structured wines. Les Loges is a unique place that makes unique wines. Lime, lime leaf, chlorine, mint, bay leaf, hickory switch (shout out to my redneck people who got their asses whooped with hickory switches), and wet rock. I usually hate Sauvignon Blanc. Love the Pascal Kerbiquet. I've had the "Regain" so figured I should try the regular Pouilly Fumé. It is bright, chalky (in a good way) and almost floral. Green and light and the acidity makes it pair well even with the artichokes and asparagus I'm eating. I'm a fan. — 9 years ago
