Light, juicy rosé with notes of peach, grapefruit, lemon and strawberry. Crafted in Watermill, New York at Wolffer Estate Vineyards. A summer favorite! — 6 years ago
Loved it. Full of just enough flavor and a really smooth finish. One of my favorites. — 7 years ago

Great value, some of the more expressive fruit notes that I've had out of a Finger Lakes Riesling — 9 years ago
My favorite! — 9 years ago
Favorite of the three single vineyards I tasted: picture compressed shelf of shale, crunchy layers of texture & fruit, crackling acid. Finger Lakes grosses gewächs. — 10 years ago
Differently delicious — 10 years ago
Alsatian praise worthy in terms of structure & acid backbone. Would love to taste blind. White stone fruits w some quince, lemon rind on back end. Held its own in thxgvng feast w turkey — 10 years ago
Nice Finger Lakes white. Crisp and fruity with the honeysuckle and a bit of raspberry on the front. Nice tail. — 5 years ago
Green apple, citrus, petrol and flowers on both the nose and pallet. A touch of saline. Smooth, light and very dry. Refreshing. — 7 years ago

Superb! Dry appellee, great B, lots of wonderful bubbles — 9 years ago
Deeper and less sour Pet-Nat than most! Got that spackle/paper-maché thing happening with some sweet strawberry! Pound-able! — 9 years ago
Heavenly Pet Nat! So amazing it was worth signing Justin Bieber karaoke to get a glass from our manager. Hazy, light bubbles, taste resembled a Provençal rosé. Good job #macarivineyard — 10 years ago
Crisp and refreshing... Fantastic! — 11 years ago
The 2008. Lime, slate and floral. Awesome backbone of acid. Medium + length. Killer. — 12 years ago
In general i was more impressed by the PN in the region on this trip than I was last year. This is a good example of why. Fruit, earth, good acidity. — 5 years ago
Extremely complex and full of acidity. Aromatics of lemon, Granny Smith apple, basil, wet stones and rubber. The pallet features flavors of lemon pith, peach, green apple and slate. Straw colored and lively. Hint of fruity sweetness on the finish. Nice FLX expression of this outstanding Eastern European grape! — 6 years ago
I feel that this is probably the best Pinot Noir producer out of the finger lakes although the competition is finally a good one. The nose has a wonderful aroma of currant a plum with undertones of spice including nutmeg and mulling spices. The palate is gorgeously light and elegant but still somewhat juicy at the same time. Flavors of plum, sour cherry and baking spice along with wonderfully balance acidity. The finish is soft and elegant with juicy fruit notes of lingering acidity. Wow... a great pairing for roasted pork. — 7 years ago
Dang this is tasty, especially with the devils affogato that I'm eating at current. Loads of nuttiness, coffee, fig jam, saline. Beautiful texture and not at all cloying. I hate to toot my own horn (my wife will tell you "no you don't..") but this pairing was freakin amazing. — 8 years ago
Friday night random whites...
Fresh, clean and refreshing, light White peach notes. Nose is attractive, but a little too cold on first taste, so slightly closed initially.
Off-dry blend of NY's Finger Lakes region Cayuga & Vignoles, nose is really opening up nicely with some air and warming of the wine in the glass. Not overly complex, but this is a solid buy for the $10/$13 (wine club/retail) price. — 8 years ago
This is not bad at all — 9 years ago
Every kind of pepper imaginable on the nose: green, black, white, chili. Rich palate with fruit she an eye-opening herbal finish. Buy this now. — 10 years ago
Best of Long Island! — 11 years ago
Semi- dry blended rose.... Peach, grapefruit, green apples and cinamon aromas... Angular but gentle on the palate... Excellent balance of fruit and acidity, with a pleasant fresh finish... in a soft tannic structure... — 12 years ago

Wine #5 from my mixed case of Finger Lakes wines. I love the wines coming out of Ravines. This Dry Riesling from the White Springs Vineyard is absolutely delicious with notes of ripe juicy green apple, citrus, white peach, fresh cut green grass, lemon verbena and limestone. There is definitely some residual sugar here, but the medium plus acidity balances it out nicely. Cheers! — 5 years ago
