Very tasty grenache, soft and luscious, vibrant red berry fruit, lingering finish, gift at party — 8 years ago
Carbonic fermentation and aging in concrete amphora make this a deliciously bright and fruity wine with silky tannins. Fresh and delicious. — 8 years ago
Great pizza wine. A hint of RS, good acid, great value for money. No better pinot gris in California — 8 years ago
Wine good. Label bedazzled. — 9 years ago
Really good. The slight fizz gives it a very unique texture/flavour. — 9 years ago
Really great fruit profile, none of the vegetative notes you often see in Cab Franc. Very delicious!!! — 9 years ago
White Hermitage from one of the rising stars of the Northern Rhone Valley. A great expression of the Marsanne grape. Stonefruit, honey, white flowers with a full and almost lanolin texture on the palatte. A subtly sweet nut butter finish. Only a few dozen cases exported to the US. — 9 years ago
Found this in the cellar. Lovely Viognier. A nice quaff. — 10 years ago
New York Prime, Boca, Scuderia Club... Aston Martin driving CPA to the stars MZ concurs; this was simply black grape inky goodness. Wow, this winery never disappoints... — 8 years ago
Delicious full bodied Chardonnay! Just melts in your mouth and invites you to play! Can't wait to have more! Would 100% recommend and drink again. — 8 years ago
Med to low acid low tannins. Blackberry currant on the nose ripe berries black licorice and pepper. Smooth stars d finish with gentle length — 8 years ago
This was pretty good, but lacked a little bit of apple-y tartness, which I like in my cider. Overall it was good, though. — 9 years ago
I see stars. — 9 years ago
Red berry and earth aromas with soft tannins and a hint of oak — 9 years ago
This is a Valpolicella blend without Molinara but with some Croatina. Grapes come from volcanic soils of San Briccio Cru, near Mezzane. 2006 is a 4-stars vintage, but here we are at the top peak of quality, awesome wine. — 10 years ago
Tasted like the stars with Paige and Leslie! — 10 years ago
White grape and pear/med/juicy & mouth watering/green apple — 11 years ago
Bright acid, moderate fruit, hardly any oak, medium body. — 8 years ago
We drank the "Earth" variety and liked it slightly better than the "Stars". Both had the same delicacy and understated fruits, but the Earth had a richer mouth-feel. — 8 years ago
Delicious with roasted meat — 8 years ago
Such a unique wine! Strawberries, floral, crisp. Had to go back and update my rating, because months later I'm still raving about this wine! — 8 years ago
Medium body, smooth, light fruit flavors. — 9 years ago
Very Rhonelike. Sweaty feet on the nose, transitioning to barnyard and smoked meat on the palate. Medium to full bodied, but I wish it had a bit more weight. Fantastic, but not for everyone. This needs to be your thing. — 9 years ago
Exceptional showing at Pappas. Hidden gem on an incredible list of all stars — 9 years ago
One of my top favorites Chardonnay — 10 years ago
Great blend of Carignan, Zin, Syrah, and Grenache. Fruit pops out at the start and has a medium finish. — 10 years ago
