More like a crianza than a reserva. Good for easy drinking with nibbles although im sure it would match bold tomato or meaty flavours nicely too. Do watch out for DO Terras Altas, this is a typically excellent example of some of its wonderful offerings. Available in Spain for less than 6€ and worth that plus nosequé more! — 9 years ago

I expected this to be hot and clumsy. Don't know why, I just did. While concentrated, it was balanced with terrific fruit and savory flavor, acid bright and long, and a tasty finish filled with notes of smoke and black cherry. Nimble for 14.5% abv.
