If ever there were a "pizza wine" it's Frappato. 'Twas nice to meet you last week, I hope Chicago treated you well.
A nice young frappato. It's rare to see that here at my wine store but I'm going to keep an eye out.

It's that wild fermentation thang Jerod. It's always been a funky profile, but that ends up melding well once you have food with it.
