Much more complicated lex and sophisticated than I expected, I thought I had sampled it before, but this wine is the varietal CS. Extremely well-crafted, it puts the red blend to shame. Really cool stuff here! The #furmint grape is the work horse of Hungary in the dry wines and the legendary #tokajiaszu sweet wines. Actually had it a week ago! Excellent chardonnay! Light and crisp and mineraly in the typical northeastern matra region style with a typical chard nose, oak nose but gives the wonderful surprise of no "buttery" feel to it.
