This is a very pleasant GS ( missing the M) French blend. 90% Syrah. This was a holiday gift that I would definitely seek out again. — 10 years ago

Serious potential, if not as balanced or pretty as the 2014. Certainly more dense, inky and tannic than its predecessor. Showing vibrant sour cherry, raspberry, fresh cut purple flowers, spice cake, Asian spice and licorice. Tremendous mineral tension. Feels a bit extracted now but sure to be a winner. — 6 years ago
Three shades of Pinot. Texture and creamy heft, green apple, but cutting and determined. Some lil Debbie xmas tree cake but no sweetness. Honeydew and lilac — 7 years ago
Man oh man. This is fantastic. Slightly less than average rich northern Rhône white. Which is good. It’s under control. Awesome awesome awesome concentration. Crazy depth. Mineral. Lemon rind. Hint of spice. Palate coating like an a bomb. Finish is sick. Just sick. Man I love this. Should be bonkers ina couple of years. If you want it now a decant would be optimal. Bought from Fass Selections.
Ok this is getting better and better. If you have this only drink it when you can focus. Do not share with non wine people. It’s insane. Just a great wine. Too bad I won’t live to see another Rhône vintage of the century. — 7 years ago
Solid beach wine. Or with fish. Nice citrus and stone fruit on the palette. Would def get again. — 9 years ago

A bit young, a bit green. Nice complexity. — 8 years ago
Medium minus lemon. Not very aromatic. Closed nose of white flowers, vanilla, lemon meringue, tart cherries, perfume, wild flowers, mulberry. Medium acidity, medium sugar, medium alcohol. Reminds me of a lot of Muscadet I've recently had. — 9 years ago
Super herbal, fresher than it seems and full of fruit. Decant this guy to let it open up. On opening, lots of iron and herbs. — 10 years ago
