Serious potential, if not as balanced or pretty as the 2014. Certainly more dense, inky and tannic than its predecessor. Man oh man. This is fantastic. Slightly less than average rich northern Rhône white. Which is good. It’s under control. Awesome awesome awesome concentration. Crazy depth. Mineral. Lemon rind. Hint of spice. Palate coating like an a bomb. Finish is sick. Just sick. Man I love this. Should be bonkers ina couple of years. If you want it now a decant would be optimal. Bought from Fass Selections.


Ok this is getting better and better. If you have this only drink it when you can focus. Do not share with non wine people. It’s insane. Just a great wine. Too bad I won’t live to see another Rhône vintage of the century. — 7 years ago
