A sensual delight. 2012. Full-bodied, viscous, balanced, lingering. Classic. — 10 years ago
Strawberry, cherry, white pepper, cola...little bit of green pepper, maybe. Good, but I'll let my other bottle sit a couple years. — 10 years ago
I really enjoyed this one. — 10 years ago
Nearly opaque dark ruby color with kirsh, baked blueberry and blackberries, vanilla and a bit of eucalyptus, and leather aromas. On the palate it's big, broad and hedonistic with good acidity and a very supple texture it shows bright baked blueberry, vanilla, baked cherry flavors. Long finish! Damned tasty! — 11 years ago
One of my faves. I ordered two half bottles - imagine my delight when I received two full bottles at the half bottle price. — 12 years ago
Insignia is always a rare treat. The 2009 did not stray away from this statement. I am bias to Phelps Insignia, I admit it. But trust me if someone offers you a glass take it. It is a sinful delight. — 10 years ago
Wild berries and spices delight the palate. Gorgeous.... — 10 years ago
Wow. Smoked pork butt...grilled mac-n-cheese....truly a summer delight. Killer Cab....rounding out the night... — 10 years ago
A delight. Deep with some minerality... tannic but not biting... very drinkable, but not boring at all. Managed to complement octopus with Calabrian chiles just as well as pappardelle with morels in butter sauce. Som. mentioned the fruit's soil had a volcanic ash to it. $70 at Babbo. — 10 years ago

Part of Heart's Delight New Zealand wine tasting with Erick Pratt. Nice for heavy food. Nice body and tanin. — 10 years ago
Nice minerality (well water from under a monastery in England), creamy texture. Not too exciting, but good for a cold night. — 10 years ago

This 2008 was cellared for almost five years after purchased in 2012. Consumed Nov 2015, the best way to describe this delight is that "it melts in your mouth". You do not even feel it as it goes down, the taste begins with its scents as soon as it hits your palate. Delightfully fruity with cherry, blackberry and jam. — 9 years ago
