I love Spanish sherries. AKA amontillado — 12 years ago
Very good wine smells intensively to sherries and has great taste. Perfect to cheese and meat but also without food. — 13 years ago
Yes yes yes yes. One of the best white wines I've ever had. 1999, but tastes so young & fresh with the sherries character of the flor yeast. Amazing, amazing wine. The pallet is in absolute perfect balance! — 13 years ago

The aroma is so rejuvenatingly fresh. Birch juice, honeyed pear, green apples, yeast, green olives, and ocean breeze. Very long tangy finish with a touch of butterscotch. Very crisp, rounded, softened around the edges - there’s some pungency to it but it’s integrated. This is the most drinkable of the en rama sherries I’ve tried. Note that this is the 2014 bottling, 4-5 yr aging. — 12 years ago
