Absolutely superb. Many similarities to fino, but with much maturer flavours and high acidity. Baked apples, crème brûlée, and poached pears, with hazelnuts, marzipan, paprika, and all-spice.

This wine was made by a happy accident. It smells like a rustic, feral Fino Sherry but it tastes very different. The palate is exceptionally dry and reveals hazelnuts and dried apricots. Not for everyone, but definitely for me!
