This wine should only come in magnum. A 750 ml is just a tease. Flowers and berries and minerals on the nose. Sleek and concentrated in the mouth, with the complexity growing the longer it is in the glass. Wish I had more than one bottle left. A kaleidoscope of flavors. And only 12.8% abv. One more bit of proof that Tegan Passalacqua knows what he is about. — 7 years ago
Just damn... I should have opened this up a while ago. What a pleasure @Tegan Passalacqua — 8 years ago

Delicious = HELL YEAH...
(and no mentioning of the IPOB silliness here because when it is done right YOU have absolutely no case).

A beautiful example of contrast & tension. Fleshy red berries are at the core surrounded by shimmering acidity and a light spiciness. That spice gently walks the line between an herbal or savory note on the back of the palate. This is on the light side of medium bodied, but possesses an almost creamy texture, yet another contrast. I usually love Trousseau with fish, but this was brilliant with bibimbap. @Tegan Passalacqua — 8 years ago
@Craig Lewis let us know when this is back in the warehouse! What perfect wine with spring pea and ricotta pasta... Thanks @Tegan Passalacqua as always. — 8 years ago

I was happy with the past but really like the "new" direction of Turley since @Tegan Passalacqua took over.
Not terribly complex but at $20 on the Mailing List this is the perfect "pizza/BBQ wine" and a fabulous QPR if I ever saw one.... — 7 years ago
Never disappointed! Turley wines under Tegan Passalacqua are just amazing.

#Turley #Wine Cellars rocking Lodi on the label, takes a bow w/ this shiner version of the Kirschenmann Vineyard, dry farmed, self rooted, planted in 1915 and still going strong in sandy loamy soils! Winemaker Tegan Passalacqua. This wine demonstrates what's possible in the Lodi AVA in the right hands! — 10 years ago
