Wait a minute!! This a a Sauvignon Blanc from Monterey Central Mexico. Vibrant, lucious body from flavors of papaya, mango and citrus. Balanced and clean on the finish. We paired it with Brie topped with strawberry jam infused with…yes you guessed it, jalapeños. Incredible. And all that the day before Christmas Eve. Tammy and I were having a toast with this exhilarating, unexpected hidden gem of a wine on what is ahead of us with Spoken Wines. First it is important to point out that even though is a cabernet sauvignon this is a white wine, it is very fruit forward, mainly red apple, dried fruit and even some cherry on the nose which is not common for a whit wine, even though is fruity on the palate is not overly sweet and has a very nice dry finish. — 4 years ago
Vino color violaceo intenso con cuerpo medio bajo a la vista, completamente clarficado sin impurezas. Con aromas de levaduras, vainilla, fresas maduras y menta.
Alcohol medio alto, dulzor medio, amargor medio alto, acidez media baja, astringencia baja. En retrogusto predomina un gusto mermeladoso con vainilla y un amargor correcto, la persistencia es baja de 2-3 s. — 5 years ago

Pale ruby in color; cherries, black tea, and earth on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like raspberries, a hint of vanilla, and crushed gravel with a long finish. Nellie and I like it. — 8 months ago

Deep ruby red with garnet core. Lush and fresh nose coated with black cherries, plums, Mexican chocolate, and a bit spiced. Medium tannins (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Nice bit of acidity on the palate with some mulch, dark spices, black fruits, dried cherries and light graphite. Medium length finish. Drink till 2024. — 6 years ago
