Citrus, floral with a bitter almond aspect. Crisp and refreshing — 10 years ago
Juicy, high acidity and ripeness, salty mineral backbone and some lemon peel on the finish. More expressive but perhaps simpler than other expressions of this style. That's not a bad thing! — 10 years ago
Caramel nose. Light, juicy and fruity but a fantastic deep ripened fruit takes center stage after the juiciness fades. Great wine. Could be a Barbera, drenched in sun and whipped by sea laden winds. But it's Santorini's only red: mavrotragano. — 11 years ago

Mineral. Fresh. Bracing. #santoriniwines — 10 years ago
Medium gold color. Nose of wax, brown sugar, flowers. On the palate there is not much acidity, flavors of oxidized apples, exotic fruit, flowers, wax, and butter. Shows some evolution but in the same time great depth. A wine to pair with a meal instead of taking it by itself? Very good (89)
