dry tasting good flavor — 6 years ago
Delicious! Rustic kind of wine. Great with Arrabbiata. Rich claret color and taste. The rich cabernet really comes through. — 7 years ago
Beautiful, fruity Pinot Noir — 8 years ago
Clean fresh a bit of fruit. Very drinkable — 8 years ago
Hit this wine at its peak, with spicy shrimp and green salad. Beautiful nose, full of fruit, Pinot color, lovely late palate flavor of berries. Probably sold out! Paso Robles another great wine. — 8 years ago
Delicate, younger; 70 per bottle at tasting room — 5 years ago

After another day shopping with Mrs E we were not only worn out but broke so to McDonalds we went & I grabbed the new €44 Pardo Enea to pair with the burger 🍔 & enjoy in our hotel room at 11pm - dinner with style 🤣 better than the thick shake 😊
📍 Muga Pardo Enea 2010 (not decanted - wish I’d brought my 😉😉 vSpin)
🏵 93-94 points w/ great potential aged & decanted 😉
🍷 Deep opaque ruby
👃 Chocolate dark cherry cake w/ cracked rock mineral through red & purple flowers bathed in thick balsamic sauce & a hint of earthy herbs (not the pickle in the Big Mac 🤣)
👄 Med+ creamy body of balsamic infused mocha dark cherry gooeyness w/ a mineral dry tone
🎯 Med+ touch dry dark cherry balsamic mocha choc fest
⚠️ Can’t sleep after eating late? Just enjoy the wine with a view 😁 I left some for day 2 & it really opened up lovely 😉 — 7 years ago
