White and yellow flowers, pear, bee pollen all on a dusty, subtle tannic base with tight acidity and good concentration. A beautiful wine right out of the bottle but also very tightly wound. Needs serious air or some rest in bottle. — 9 years ago

Had higher expectations, but ended up very pleased none the less. Aroma reminds of geuze and other lambics. Sour apples, wool, grain, burnt sugar and oak. Suprisingly sweet finish, but a very nice acidity. Paired with scallops. Worked wonders. — 9 years ago
