Funny. Negroamaro is not known for its shelf life... but this 2004 is drinking beautifully. The classic deep dark plum, mixed with earthy, wet Forrest floor that I've come to expect from negroamaro. This grape is so silky in the mouth. I love it. — 10 years ago

Every year I look forward to our little allocation of these beauties from Jerez. The wine has such a giving nose of flor and white fruit that it seems almost like it would be sweet.
