Dolce Stil Novo Malvasia Nera

A sparkling red dessert wine made from Malvasia Rosso. Incredible. It picked up all the complexity of our gingerbread/chocolate dessert (which was dressed in mulled red wine) but the bead and acidity left the palate cleansed and ready for the next bite. Think sparkling faded rose sorbet. YUM

Very fresh finish with the slight carbonation. Delicious

Very sweet with very little after taste. Warm going down.
