Had this wine at Cantoro market with my love. Nice rich, full bodied earthy wine with pleasing tannins. — 7 years ago

Very drinkable, quite sweet as Pinot Grigio goes though. — 7 years ago
This was the best sweet vermouth of 2016 for me. Thus far, it is the best of 2017 as well. — 7 years ago

16/20 (90/100)
Чуть растительный, чуть животный аромат, прелый лист, ягоды, хорошо. Свежая кислотность, ягоды во вкусе, нормированный дуб, смородина. вполне симпатично.

Sour cherry, raspberry, lovely acidity and some tannin too. Great Italian red blend and great pairing for lamb pappardelle — 7 years ago
Leather, tobacco, spices, juicy, delicious.
Not very complex though. — 7 years ago
I really think the fruit is reduced this year. Still very smooth but not getting the raspberry and prune up front, only faint black cherry and then into tannins and black olive. Very fine grained tannins. Definitely changing from previous years. Closing down? Will have to check back in 2018. — 7 years ago
Quite nice, a good pick from the somm at Flora Bar which in general has an excellent wine program. Nice and fruity, but in a refined way, with balanced acidity and smooth tannins. Versatile and tasty. — 8 years ago

Forget contemporary Marsala. Here is the closest, modern relative of the ancestral wine made in Marsala wine region, the Perpetuum. Stellar. — 11 years ago

Right bank red. 68% merlot, 22% cabernet franc, 10% cab sauv. A different fruit than the endless napa cabs we drink. Bright red fruits, but that big dose of cab franc drives richness. Showing no secondary development at this stage and a couple hour decant is recommended. — 7 years ago
