Pleasant nose for a brut. Apple and honey and light white floral nose. Ooh! Lots of bubbles! Crisp, clean with hint of lemon. Nice punch of acidity. Delicious with apples, spread (consisting of xtra sharp cabet cheddar, 2 T salted butter. Sm clove of garlic, 1/4-1/3 c of Chardonnay.) Asiago cheese, delicious with fontina.
