Easy drinking Cab though. — 9 years ago
Way young. Sipped at opening: tight, but warm and nice and hot. Decant: 6 hours: plums, nice and soft on palate. 8 hours: ooh, better. 1 day: a joy, super long finish, lovely. Guzzled (no day 2 report). Hiding other bottles for a decade or so.. — 9 years ago
Ooh yum. Dried lily bulb and salt cured olives. Soft haribo peach ring finish. Cleansing acidity. With yellowfin crudo: 👌. — 9 years ago
Dark fruit balanced through old oak showing light spice on the nose encouraging thought to nail a specific note but is remaining a bit of an enigma in my rock rattled head after a good day enhanced by 75 MPH Harley induced wind and the brilliance of Bose and an iPhone. Ok, back to the wine, it touches, lightly grabs spreading its dark berry mini-burst in a layered earth touched tannin slow ride making magic with some of Chapel Hill's Bin 54's straight up amazing goodness (in this case very rare filet mignon, garlic tinged green beans and almond slivers; my go to steak spot in NC). Damn, this is all so right-on! Cheers! PS Damn Smokey is crooning - "ooh ooh ooh baby baby..😎 — 10 years ago

Delicious! Soft plum flavor — 10 years ago
Pleasant nose for a brut. Apple and honey and light white floral nose. Ooh! Lots of bubbles! Crisp, clean with hint of lemon. Nice punch of acidity. Delicious with apples, spread (consisting of xtra sharp cabet cheddar, 2 T salted butter. Sm clove of garlic, 1/4-1/3 c of Chardonnay.) Asiago cheese, delicious with fontina. This wine is so gooood!! — 11 years ago
Takes WA in a great direction the winemaking sings tightly wound dark cherry an soft cinnamon spice that drives a currant and spice box structure, plus I feel like its just at a Lolita age could be sexier but ooh you tasty now gurl — 12 years ago

Ooh St Innocent. Wish all years were like 2002. So good. Still dark ruby with just a touch of bricking. Nose of a blackberry clove. Still tannins but soften with a little air. In the mouth is a full bodied earthy balanced black fruit that goes on and on. — 9 years ago
