It’s absolutely as stunning as hoped—rich and powerful with crazy depth to its layers with a deep, complex core of caramelized orchard fruit, roasted nuts, old rum barrels and candied white flowers, all with seamless integration. Crystal clear, pale yellow with greenish hues, only really effervescent on the palate, not really showing bubbles in the glass, with a crisp minerality, vegetal notes of hay, maybe the scent of sand, crisp green fruits, like green fig, with some tart yellow fruit and a slight funk on the nose. Light to medium body, with crisp acidic and mineral freshness, crisp apple like flavors and a distinct natural wine funk that lingers into the long finish. — 9 months ago
