I was skeptical at first...inky black and 15.3 ABV, but the wine is well balanced with plenty of freshness and lift. Just the ticket with tonight's daube de boeuf. — 8 years ago
Light with a lot of Green bellpepper... But still good Tannin — 9 years ago

Cherry and spice at the end. California. — 7 years ago
Incredibly tasty. Big but remarkably light on its feet. Viognier really lifts it up. Pretty insane for the dollas. — 8 years ago
Absolutely love this blend ❤️🍷#birthdaywine — 9 years ago
Smells of cherry oak and some light tobacco. Very full bodied with some port notes actually and smooth finish. Somewhat acidic and would do well with food. — 9 years ago
An excellent Zin blend when considering the price point. Not all jammy/fruity; nor is it full blown spicy. A great value. — 10 years ago
Very good Pinot Noir and reasonably priced. — 11 years ago

A great buy for the price, not a lot of length but tasty/slurp able. Pairs well with Presidential Debates — 8 years ago

Current vintage. 2004 sounds old but this tastes so young. So lively, bracing, and uncompromising. Racy, dynamic acidity makes the whole palate a bit inscrutable at first. I cannot overstate how much grip this wine has. Slowly, acid dissipates to reveal some true game and meat overtones. Petroleum, tannin, and tart fruit. Fabulous with Spanish cuisine. Although this was a lot for fun to try now, I'd recommend putting it in a dark part of your cellar for...Let's say 20 years. — 7 years ago
