Wet cocoa powder, black olive, and blackest cherry notes run along a smooth topography of smooth black stones with an interlaced manzanilla sherry mesh.water-like mouthfeel thickens as if from becoming awash inside your mouth. Refined tannins against a razor smooth gessoed backdrop with black olive that drops a graphic line around the texture, pushing it upwards toward the thrilling olive and artichoke in finest olive oil ending, which laser-lines into a still tight finish. — 11 years ago
