Intriguingly nasty nose and a pleasantly balanced fruit explosion with spot-on acidity and mellowed tannins. A rather perfect pairing with bresaola and low to no salt black olives offered up at Promise' Land Market, in Morehead City, NC! To the Season and the good stuff (so to speak/write).
