Good balanced, good aftertaste of this wine blow you away. Purple color reminds young Saperavi or liquid consistency in the glass, or gouache concentrate.
Small tannins, low acidic, becoming elder would be jam.

A blend of mostly Nero d'Avola adding some Petit Verdot, Syrah and a few other grapes. Deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits, sweet notes and spicy scents. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry, currant like, with notes of cacao, licorice and sweet spice, well balanced with acidity. Fine tannins, long finish, ending with fruit, tobacco and sweet earthy character. Very nice! — 3 years ago

Big fan of COS. Garrigue on nose. Cherry and raspberry, hints of clay and earth, bracing acidity. Had with Vivaces fontina stuffed pork chop (and wife’s crab stuffed chicken breast). Acid cut through the chop nicely. — 4 years ago
