A very intense pinot! It could be the fact that the orchards are blooming here, but there's a smart hit of orange blossom in this bottle. Thank God it's not watery but still light. Very smooth and bold, not the widest variety of fruit BUT a great flavor I believe I can say I've never tasted in a pinot before. — 11 years ago

Eye: pale straw, light green hues. Cork size of a 6 months old disgorgement.
Nose: slightly ripe white peach, white nectarine.
Palate: ripe white fruits orchards (nectarine, quince, yellow pear, small green and yellow apple). White flowers with beautiful yellow nectar. Citrusy (Meyer lemon). Light and very elegant. Mousse/wine balanced. Perfect de scallops and west coast oysters — 11 years ago
