Funny. Negroamaro is not known for its shelf life... but this 2004 is drinking beautifully. The classic deep dark plum, mixed with earthy, wet Forrest floor that I've come to expect from negroamaro. This grape is so silky in the mouth. I love it. — 8 years ago

Smells like a peat bog.
Earthy, decomposing, dark fruits, big juicy Brett of a mouthful.
Negroamaro is a highly underrated grape. Such big flavour, and a hefty weight.
