Sweet & fruity. Taste peach & apple. — 7 years ago
Paired with BBQ steak. Very smooth, medium body. Plum and cassis flavours, undertones of cinnamon, mocha, and vanilla. Medium oak. Ages really well. — 8 years ago
Very nice. Dry. — 8 years ago
Light in colour, soft in flavour. Ripe plums, red fruit, light drinking every day Pinot. Great value. — 8 years ago
First time. Ages in rum barrels. Killer! — 9 years ago
Manages to be both a straightforward, fruit driven Pinot and something much more elusive and special at the same time. Chili, chocolate, espresso, cassis, all sorts of red and black fruits. Sourced in Vancouver for not-little money but seems to me quite worth it, definitely one of the top tier Otago wines. — 9 years ago
Very good! BC wine - had it at Mik n Mak — 5 years ago
2017 better than 2016 which I didn’t like that much — 6 years ago
Loved the juicy cherry notes and hint of sweet. Great with charcuterie, chocolate, and on its own. — 8 years ago
Love this one. — 8 years ago
Delicious! The wine was great when accompanied with a burrata salad al fresco at Stanley Park in Vancouver on a perfect summer day. — 9 years ago
Wow!! Very silky - as promised. Luscious and delicious - goes great with salmon or on it's own. — 9 years ago
Tons of minerality. Notes of tart red berries. Crisp and clean. — 6 years ago
Pale golden white. Short brief head in pour, moderate carbonation with medium sized bubbles. Label says it’s part of Heirloom Series, 8% alcohol. Pleasant perfumed apple aromas in nose. Expected McIntosh flavor profile in mouth but much more subtle and complex than that. Ever so slightly off dry, slight astringency in finish so very gently pressed. Slight malic snap in finish. Well crafted and superior product — 7 years ago

As I continue my never-ending and tireless search for the perfect “10” of IPAs a friend recommended that I try this one. The “Filthy Dirty” IPA from Parallel 49 Brewing Company, Vancouver BC, although not the perfect “10” it certainly ranks in the top tier of great IPAs. With its crisp mouth feel, hints of fruit and clean clarity on your palate this Canadian is a hops lover’s delight. Oh with so many great IPAs to taste and so little time, I need help. Tons of dark fruit flavour. Full-bodied and peppery. Paired well with charcuterie platter. Needs to be well aerated. — 5 years ago
