Darker Ruby with aromas of big red fruits and slight spice. On the palate bold black cherry, blackberry and plum with rich tannins around some oak. Well balanced the fruit stays with this wine on a lingering finish. — 9 years ago

Great body. Rich tannins. Hoppy with a hint of Poland spring water. Aged to perfection. I'll have another, barkeep! — 11 years ago
Ok. Let this breathe for 45..... and it is beautiful. I can smell rose petals and cherry sauce emanating from the glass from 3 feet away! The tannins cut right through the ravioli. This reminds me of tannic Oregon Pinot Noir. Rose water mixed with saddle leather and wet earth. — 9 years ago
Great intensity, acidity and green apple. Long finish — 9 years ago
Rather smitten with this. Sniffed and nursed it for ages. A little tame when first opened, before some very attractive orchard blossom floral notes emerge, with some tropical and stone fruits. Only about medium bodied and the mineral element - a clean, pure mineral water character, complete with suggestion of spritzy liveliness - almost seems to keep the fruitiness demure as it builds and extends through the long palate. And the fruit is beautiful - pineapple, peach and lime, crisp and fresh. — 10 years ago
Woh. This little wine just blew me out of the water. Syrah blend. So good. 2011 — 10 years ago
Golden colour.
Honey and medicine nose, smoky peat develops after a few minutes.
Sweet fruit then burn and a long smoky finish, needs a few drops of water.
Delicious and changes in the glass

Well worth the buck per oz. Amazing... Shout to the 209! — 9 years ago
A fantastic example of low fruit wine with tastes of rose water, ocean mist, limestone, and spices that follows scents of green apples and strawberries. Oh, and the lingering finish...yum! Pairs well with most anything, but tonight it was General Tso Chicken that this Rose cut through with ease. Look forward to meeting again. — 9 years ago

Delightful stone fruit and cream soda on the nose. Nectarines, star fruit, lemon rind and a hint of rose water.
