Like most orange wines, this come on a bit strong, and astringent. Medium bodied with anise, almond skin, and a nice sharp lingering tannic end.

Had this Georgian Orange in Old Tbilisi at a boutique wine store behind Hotel Ambassadori. Sampled many wines there but this one really stood out for its uniquness. Smells like raw apple after you've finished the glass. Truly remarkable. — 7 years ago
