As Adam Wagner once said, this wine tastes like a meal. One of my 5 favorite wines on the planet, the Mt Hood Zinfandel doesn't disappoint. — 8 years ago
Tasted this a few weeks ago at the winery and bought a bottle. Drank the bottle with friends about two weeks later. Everyone LOVED it! I have not been much of a rose fan but this wine is fantastic for summer sipping, or with light food fare. Just a great balance of sweetness and fruit. Very good. Must return for more. Needless to say their pinot noir red is also way, way good tasting. Why isn't this winery better known? They have outstanding wines....and outstanding views from their tasting room. — 9 years ago
Airstream trip to hood river! Rich and yummy blend. — 10 years ago
Bottled Jan 2014/Cellared Mar 2014. Brewed in collaboration with Deschutes Brewery. Brewed with whole flower Mt Hood hops, which were first introduced in 1988, then transferred to Muscat casks and aged with Michigan Riesling Grape juice and Oregon Pinot Noir grape must. The result is a golden belgian strong ale with a pleasant aroma of semi-sweet Riesling grapes and fresh green hops, complemented by a touch of tartness that is quickly cut by a bright, dry finish reminiscent of a refreshing white wine. After nine years in the cellar, the fresh hops have mellowed leaving a slightly tart and vinous ale! — 2 years ago
Rich, wide. Great without food. Actually tastes like a full meal. — 9 years ago

Second Oregon Pinot to blow my mind. First one was Mt. Hood Winery's. but this one, hot damn, like butterscotch and cherry baked goods and herbaceous cuddles. — 8 years ago
Columbia Gorge wines deserve more exposure and respect. This 2013 vintage. Pinot Noir is excellent as an afternoon or evening sipping wine. Medium bodied, Berry flavors, and very smooth. Drank this in the company of three females who helped me finish the bottle way too soon. Only mistake is that I only bought one bottle. Next time I buy a case. In my house this will be uncorked very consistently and confidently liked by visitors. A great go-to wine when friends come over and you are not sure what type of wines they might like. Drinks well with spaghetti and ground turkey with tomato sauce and another time with barbecued squash. — 9 years ago
