Thanks to Southern Wine & Spirits for unloading all their good stuff at absurdly low prices. $30 for this - seriously!?!? Beautiful. Not all that different from the '07 Bancroft Cab from last weekend. You could have told me this was a cab and I wouldn't have questioned it. No decline here. Great fruit. Elegant, but not light. A little floral. Mellow tannins. Brighter than the cab. Wow. $30! That's silly. Bought 6, but should have stuffed the trunk with more. — 11 years ago

We buy a case of this every time we are in Yadkin Valley. Easy to drink. No sharp edges. Soft enough to drink alone, bold enough to pair with hearty dishes. — 10 years ago
Very good. But pricey. — 11 years ago

Deep, dark, dense, inky purple with a core as dark as the devil's heart! Notes of blackberries, blueberries, bay Laurel and cinnamon on the nose. Expressive and powerful, deeply extracted ripe fruit, balanced acidity and a flinty, mineral laden finish with a touch of smoke. Spellbinding!!! — 8 years ago
