A Cangas blend of Carrasquín and Verdejo Negro from old vines on steep slate slopes. Stashed in new and 2nd use French oak for under a year, for a total of 2000 bottles. This is like a cool climate Priorat - dark fruit and slate, firm acid, light tannins and only 13.5%!

Tuvimos una cena navideña y de fin de año con la familia, iniciamos la noche con este Ca' del Bosco Cuvêe Prestige Franciacorta (Lombardia) lo acompañamos con unas anchoas en aceite de oliva con tiras de pimiento morrón y pate a la pimienta, este último a mi gusto ligeramente alto en picor, por las especias.
