Interesting nose. Pinot quite prominent on the nose with hints of strawberry. On the palate lovely and warm. Fine acid, a little prickle on the palate. Nice minerality as well. Very good. Combines 93,95,98 from barrel, then 2000 and 2002 from tank.
Sits on lees a lot. All grand Cru, declared vintage wine, no meunier. — 10 years ago

Hennessy Richard. 40 - 200 year old eaux du vie in the blend. Amber-Brown in the glass. Super soft on the palate with a big caramel note. No detectable alcohol flavors. Nice nutmeg and spice on the finish. Impeccable. — 11 years ago

Hennessy Paradis rare cognac. At Moet Hennessy boutique apartment in Paris. Medium amber hue. Round and fruity on the nose, Christmas cake and nuts. Rich. On the palate, high alcohol, warming, almond character - big concentration. Full bodied. Good length. — 10 years ago
Anniversary week continues w/ the big day itself! — 11 years ago
Purposely tried it without ice first. It was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, a good champagne. Once ice was added, it turned into a totally different champagne for me. It became less fruity and felt so refreshing. — 11 years ago

Delightful! Paid $29 for a 375 ML bottle at total wine. This is right up there with the Moët. Mimi says they’re comparable and they’re about the same price. Would get it again and again. — 6 years ago
$26 for a 187ml split. Slightly sweet in the beginning. Dries out quickly. Nice! Had it at Angelo Elia in Fort Lauderdale. — 6 years ago
Lovely. A little almond and strawberry behind the toasty brioche. — 7 years ago
It might be the post honeymoon glaze but this is an easy drinking enjoyable drop 🥂 — 8 years ago
Paradis Imperial cognac. At Moet Hennessy boutique apartment in Paris. Medium golden hue. On the nose, pencil shavings and old wood, white pepper, savoury. Some vanilla essence and raisin. Nutty. Very complex. On the palate, calm and integrated alcohol, huge elegance and refinement, not too fruity, big concentration and extremely long finish. Superb. — 10 years ago
