Crisp and slightly citrusy. A bit sweet, but not too much so. Very pleasant. — 10 years ago
Smooth and flavorful without being too bitter, but not as viscous as I'd prefer. — 10 years ago

Under the radar grape! Norton...savage, well, don't know exactly what that means. ;) Try it and you may find out. Enjoy this at Chandler Hill winery in Defiance. — 12 years ago
Rich and velvety with sweet, jammy flavors of plum, dark cherry, currant and ambrosia melon. This versatile wine is great with anything from spicy foods to chocolate. — 9 years ago

This IPA is very complexe at smell, very fruity, exotic, and hoppy! At taste, it is quite hoppy, bitter and has lemon, lime and pineapple aromas. — 10 years ago
Consistently one of the best beers in Kansas. — 10 years ago
Summertime favorite. — 11 years ago
Front label. This is actually their sweet white, not a red blend. — 11 years ago
Mushrooms in mocha, brown rice, caramel-y citrus with Bing cherry, soy sauce, and beef ribbons tease the nose. Happy to see less candy and soda in a beer. Soy sauce, molasses, baker's chocolate, oak, cedar, and cinnamon with allspice. Great! The sour is at the end but buoys the whole. — 9 years ago
A beer so complicated and full of tension it satisfies the kind as well as the palette. Sour, funky and just a touch of fruitiness. — 10 years ago
Adam Puchta is a wonderful wine! It is a semi-sweet Germanic wine, and it is created in Hermann, Missouri. We travel there often. — 11 years ago
