Vintage 2014 | I was ignorant that wine of this quality is made on the isle of Mallorca. Only 1.000 bottles. Very serious glass made of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Syrah ánd Merlot. 12 to 15 months in new barrels. And 15 months bottle aging. Expressive smell with cassis fruit, some impressions of old wood and spicyness. 2014 can be aged further, it is quite young now. Nice present of Miriam, thank you! | paired with deer meatballs. — 5 years ago

Tastes like grapes. Doesn’t smell as inviting but the taste more than makes up for it. Label says dry but generally kind of sweet. Great, subtle, everything you want in a casual glass of wine. — 4 years ago

Clean ruby color. light tobacco, moist leaves, and red berries in between. Really nice balance of acidity, soft tannins and alcohol. Miriam body that goes well with and without food. Much silkier than several months ago. — 6 years ago
