Cannon River Winery's Sparkle Edelweiss was a big hit on Christmas Eve. Paired well with fresh shrimp fondue. This is a carbonated wine made from Minnesota Edelweiss grapes. Had a fruity snappiness to it. Great winery to visit in Cannon Falls MN! — 12 years ago

Great local wine. Fragrant nose reminds me of fresh strawberries. Taste builds on that profile with a mix of berries and citrus. Finish hints of pineapple. Not too sweet and has a nice complexity. Would definitely recommend this to a friend. — 12 years ago
