From tannico. Nicely acidic up front but creamy on finish. Good with or without food. — 6 years ago
Rather liked this one. Drake it at the bar at the Wine Steward and brought a bottle home. — 7 years ago
Lees on the finish - delicious / lemon custard, marzipan, malic notes, vegetal notes — 7 years ago
Honeydew melon, apricot, mandarin orange, pear, hay, subtle white flowers. Having never tasted Petite Arvine, this was fuller, richer and lower acid than I was anticipating for an “alpine white”. Almost caramel apple like on the palate. I see some similar characteristics with Savoie Altesse. Interesting. — 7 years ago
Very middle of the road... Not too sweet or dry! — 9 years ago

Verdicchio dei castelli di Jesi DOC 2011, Classico Superiore, 13%. An excellent sample of what Verdicchio should look, and taste: the right balance of fruits and flowers aromas. Very satisfying! — 12 years ago
My favorite wine to date but that’s not saying much. I’m leaving room for better things but this is my type of wine. It’s so buttery. You can drink it all night and enjoy every sip every time. — 6 years ago
Wonderful toasty richness, developing nicely at 10 years old. Tropical, citrusy, and rich with a long finish and a touch of bitterness. — 7 years ago
Lemon, grassy herbal note / minerality and acid late-palate — 7 years ago
Delicious Verdicchio. — 7 years ago

A great Morellino...which can be so hit or miss. Mostly miss in my experience. This one is delightful with good tannins and dry fruit. — 11 years ago
Haven’t been surprised by a white in a long time. This one has a “zing” that my taste buds can’t resist. — 6 years ago
Medium bodied, pear tones, less dry/acidic than other Verdicchios I’ve had of late. I like it, but my better half gives it a thumbs down. — 6 years ago
Till lax och sik. Mycket god. — 7 years ago

With some homemade sauce- a knockout! — 7 years ago
It's pretty much perfect. — 8 years ago
Attractive but green. Promising! Soft oaked, hidden complexity. Pear, avocado and young soft cheese, fresh almonds. I'll leave the other bottlles alone for at least 3 yr. — 9 years ago
noble rot! — 10 years ago
So flippin' good. Just now getting some neat secondary characteristics. — 10 years ago
