Medium bodied but complex. Earthy and leathery when it first hits the palette, with rich flavours developing and unfolding slowly. Finishes smoothly with very balanced tannins.
A truly excellent Amarone that pairs well with Italian dishes. — 7 years ago
Honeydew melon, apricot, mandarin orange, pear, hay, subtle white flowers. Having never tasted Petite Arvine, this was fuller, richer and lower acid than I was anticipating for an “alpine white”. Almost caramel apple like on the palate. I see some similar characteristics with Savoie Altesse. Interesting. — 8 years ago
Excellent ... Woody with a slight hint of smoked fruit. It resembles a fry of red fruits and honey. Sumptuous and vibrant body. A guard wine in the memory cellar. You can't forget. Soft tannins that fill all the senses that adorn the palate. I recommend ... — 5 years ago

Fantastic top of the line Moscato d’asti. Floral and honey notes with an oak finish. This is not an overly sweet moscato. Still definitely a dessert wine, but it can also be drank as an everyday wine. — 7 years ago
Petit Rouge, with full mouth feel. After decanting for 30 minutes, the full flavors added sour cherry, something like dried blueberry, and a sharp taste of granite. The finish was incredibly long. Val D’aoste wines are amazing! — 7 years ago
