A wee baby this one. Sneak preview of the inaugural Skinner "Stoney Creek". Thanks @Hardy Wallace — 10 years ago
I'm not sure how @Hardy Wallace gets so much flavor and complexity packed into something that is as light and graceful as this. Cranberry, rhubarb, rocks, earth and mushroom. Orange zest. Smoked meat. I need too figure out how to not drink these for a while, to see what they become. — 11 years ago

This is a difficult wine for me. One that I go back and forth on...do I really, really love it or do I just flat out need it? Today is the answer is I NEED it. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it's so damn delicious. After all, @Hardy Wallace did win the '93 Massachusetts Hula Hoop championship so it's pretty clear he can do anything he wants. — 9 years ago
Finally had a chance to try this famous wine (thank you @Matthew Rorick) and guess what? It's frickin' awesome. Brilliant balance, ripe fruit balancing laser acidity, it completely works. Really stunning. Pretty cool when such a highly sought after wine doesn't just live up to the hype but exceeds it. — 10 years ago
Starts off like late be-bop with a great groove ; if you listen to it for a while and pay attention, you realize it's gone full-on fusion, complicated and funky and electric. Do yourself a favor and try wait at least three hours for that last glass (or more). Thanks, @Hardy Wallace ! — 10 years ago

Verdelho.Labeled California as it is a blend from Sierra Foothills (Rorick vineyard in Calaveras County and Dewitt's vineyard in Amador County) and Central Valley (Vista Luna Vineyard in Borden Ranch - Lodi AVA). Bright yellow. Intense, fresh nose with pineapple and ripe grapefruit. Taste corresponds to the smell, great mix of pineapple fruit and the subtle bitterness of ripe grapefruit, great balancing acidity, real depth and a long finish. Never tasted anything this good from this grape. Great stuff. Matthew Rorick strikes again! 2014 vintage. — 9 years ago

Should have bought more- a lot more. — 10 years ago
When I heard Levi Dalton interview @John Lockwood of @enfieldwineco there was the same excitement in his voice as @Hardy Wallace about discovering special vineyards. It was destiny that they'd make a wine together. Now I get to be the excited one. #PinotNoir #Mourvèdre #ChaloneAVA #MontereyCounty #AntleVineyard — 10 years ago

Riesling from California......and it's good?! Really good. Nice zip. The fruit is starting to show itself a little more and is a welcome addition to the program. Would love to do this side-by-side with Tatomer's from the same site. — 11 years ago
