I know its not profound to say "delicious, fresh-pressed apple juice" but that's exactly what this tastes like. — 8 years ago
Rich, dense, Sunday dinner kind of Le Marche red. Plummy, spicy, wild herbs. — 8 years ago

2014 vintage. Decidedly floral on the nose, gets much better with air, really well balanced with body and acidity. Cherry. Pure delish. — 8 years ago
Dramatic, opulent, rich. I'm already a fan of the Lacrima grape, an absolute jewel of Marche. Made from grapes dried for 120 days. Aromatic Christmas spices, dried dark roses, brandied cherries, ripe blackberries. Secondary notes of bittersweet root and bark, a touch of cacao. A great cold weather cozy sipper for fans of Amarone. Pair with blue cheese, bacon wrapped dates, or balsamic reduction anything. — 9 years ago
Fantastic! Smooth and versatile. — 9 years ago

Opened with some funk and stewed fruit, but after 30 minutes came out of its shell. Tobacco and sweet cherry. Makes it know it's from the hillside with the depth of minerality and tannin grip. — 8 years ago
