Wow. I knew this wasn't a 'typical' riesling but this is great. The nose is subtle sweet reminiscent of cider, and almost earthy. On the palate there is an underlying sweetness with an almost chardonnay top note. It has a fresh acidity with some lemon lime/citrus notes. As it opened up (was too cold at the outset) the dry riesling emerged as well as notes of pear and green apples. The nose had more sweetness too once warmed. — 11 years ago

First guy was corked, but #2 was spot on! Ripe fruit, rich, nutty, and nice texture — 13 years ago
Would pair nicely with any seafood — 11 years ago
Very light, almost as a substitute for some white wines! Low on alcohol! — 11 years ago
Lots of ripe peach, nectarine, a slight salinity that's very pleasant. Would go well with something spicy. — 12 years ago
2011 - 94% Cab and 6% Shiraz. Very nice value wine. Dark fruit with some oak flavor and a really nice fruity finish. Similar to Rioja Aftertaste, for whatever reason. Absolutely will buy again. — 11 years ago
