Pop and pour. An arresting medium gold color. On the nose: pear, honey, apple, floral with a hint of cinnamon. Taste: lemon, some tangerine, pear , minerals . A firm dry wine with just a touch of sweetness that went well with all kind of food at Luce restaurant — 5 years ago

Just lie back and think of the briny, oily deep. Love this weird wine, as usual with DZH — 9 years ago

Lemon, peach and stone. Nice mouth feel. Delicious — 2 years ago
Light and dry but funky, almost yeasty tannins mixed with berries. Distinct old vine Chilean varietals that I would like to see more of. — 3 years ago
Relativt slank PG med drag åt riesling. Toner av aprikos men inte oljig eller champinjon. Fin mineralitet och syra. Elegznt och mycket gott — 5 years ago

Beautiful. Leaning towards off-dry. Honey and apricot jam on the nose. — 11 years ago
Field blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Beurot, Muscat and Pinot Noir from the Engelgarten, a vineyard with poor, gravelly soils located just outside the walls of Bergheim (about 10 miles north of Colmar, in the Haut Rhin). Pure, expressive nose with notes of citrus, rubber and minerals. Intense, dry, textured. Slightly ripe. Long, saline finish. — 3 years ago
Warm vintage cru Beaujolais sourced from a tiny plot in the Côte du Py vineyard. There’s a lot to be said about the fruit-forward spiciness, but for me the nuances are flattened by a richness I associate with a higher ABV - the wines that are coming to mind are Williams Selyem’s pinots rather than a Beaujolais or Burgundy. Not really for me but a worthwhile avenue to explore if you want to try a different, relatively subtler version of a big red. — 5 years ago
High toned floral aromas with peach fruit wrapped in a smoky mineral veil. Lush and dense on palate with floral notes, apricot and pear fruit with a smoky spiced accent. — 6 years ago
Intensely floral. Lychee is prominent on the nose. Mouthwatering acid. Great wine. — 8 years ago
2008 on July 5, 2015. Beautifully balanced. Apricots, berries. Slight beginnings of oxidation. Drink up now. — 10 years ago
Tasted room temp he next day, and it was still quite pleasant! Lemony-acidity balances the barely-there sugar and perfumed floral, grapey notes. Possibly a super approachable dinner party white, especially with spicy food. — 10 years ago
Beautiful expression of Alsace! — 11 years ago
