Baked yellow apple, caramelized pineapple, vanilla, bourbon, marble. Very bright acidity. Developed nicely. From magnum. — 7 years ago
Marble skirt steak lightly smoked with a cool caramel lossange. — 7 years ago
Yeasty, marmalade and butter-biscuity! Lemon peel, olive oil, hazelnut and sesame. Fantastic texture, lively mousse, with a pronounced lemon after initial brioche. Clean as white marble; chalky, with a powdered lemon veracity. Dried violets and a touch of chicory flower. Creamy throughout and truly extraordinary! #GrandCru #grandcruclassé #grandcruvalue #grandcruclasse #champagnes #champagneday #champagnealldamnday #bubbles #bubblesalldamnday #champagnecampaign #frenchwine #blancdeblancs — 8 years ago
This is so pure. Like drinking polished white marble — 9 years ago
Nepente and sour watermelon the lightest smoky brine, but fresh as an early marine layer. Lemon and orange pith with a clean marble middle. Kumquat and candied lemon peel tame the edges, but the whole is so well integrated it reads as the perfect backdrop to the subtle liqueur of an oyster. — 9 years ago

Very nice Amber Ale from brewery in Albuquerque, NM — 12 years ago
Interesting! A waft of strawberry on a warm tar road, after licking marble. Bright. Not shy on the elixir. — 5 years ago
What a delightful light red. If you close your eyes, you’re drinking a white. Soft fruit, light acidity and a sweetness that’s fresh. I had it at room temp this time but I could see putting it on ice in the summer months. — 5 years ago
12.4% alc. On Randy Fuller’s recommendation, I got a bottle of this, paired with blackberries, marble cake baked by my 11-year old niece, and some Salt & Straw ice cream - Coava coffee & Cloudberry craque (cacao nibs). Inky purple. Blueberry and blackberry aromas and flavors, slight seed bitterness, sweet tea and elderberry cough syrup in finish. Tough to assess but we liked it. More desserts, more dessert wine. — 7 years ago
Yeasty nose with bruiche edges initially, which turned tartar-biscuit-y, then rang proudly in a mix of lemon verbena, lemon zest and hazelnut yeast-must. Finally flattening to a chalky, briny, lpithy ime and cold white marble emptiness, to ultimately bourgeon into a super nutty, mega-biscuit and borderline pignoli biscotti with tangerine and dried persimmon persisting, undulating on an ever-refined carpet of mousse-perfection. Brilliant. #krug #krug4life #kruggal #kruglife #champagne #bubblesalldamnday #bubblesforlife #bubblesareagirlsbestfriend #bubbles #sparklingadventures #frenchwines — 8 years ago
Crisp, bright, delightful!! Smells of cantaloupe and star fruit. Tastes of stone fruit, grass, and marble. #roycedetroit — 9 years ago
Yum yum yum. Vibrant, natural, gulpable, grape juice. Sour red fruit, walnuts, herbs. Drank over lots of discussion of mouseyness, and thought I detected some after opened for a while, but I could have just been drunk and imagining things. — 9 years ago
Imagine Grape Ape getting washed over by a plumb tidal wave and you will be close. In my case he was surfing on a 12pz bone on filet. Not enough marble to keep this beast afloat but the truffle butter was enough to do the trick. Bring the marble to this party and be sure to save a bite so as not to be left alone in the later rounds. If you are down for a fruit bomb battle royal then you have arrived. — 9 years ago
Intensity without any heavy-handedness. Almost marble like texture, but very approachable. Both red and black currants up the wazoo, yet without being syrupy. '04 France vs. USA. — 10 years ago
Wet marble & Melon. white peach and citrus. Not too fruity or floral. Dry and clean. — 11 years ago
Very nice Bordeaux style blend that’s cab franc dominant in a good way. Saint (like Marble) has a good wine list — 7 years ago
Austere, extreme minerality, like chewing pebbles and marble. Grapefruit and herbal notes. Great acidity. Very long finish full of tension and focus. So tight and unforgiving at the moment, needs several years in the cellar. Very powerful and full of promise. — 7 years ago
Perlato del Bosco refers to the red marble that dominates the soil. Love the nose. Mineral-driven. Small pin-point berries. Ultra smooth on the palette, with spice box and cinnamon. Finishes sweet, with black fruits and stunning texture - @ tua rita winery. — 8 years ago
A Bollinger style wine from a former employee. Tried his wines straight from his garage and now having it on a beautiful marble countertop at la sirena. Super stoked to see such small producer on such a big stage. Yeasty, rich, and awesome. Psyched to see this wine getting around. — 9 years ago
Very nice Pinot. Excuse the ugly marble in my photo please! — 10 years ago
Smooth, fruity — 10 years ago
Clean and smooth as white marble. Lemon zest, lime pith, orchids, dried yellow apple. Medium mouthfeel, lemon with a dusting of sugar, Bosc pear, a hint of tangerine as the mineral core surfaces to reveal an almost porcelain clarity and fantastic length. Great Sancerre! — 11 years ago

I am not a fan of this negotiant. But 15 is a great vintage and at a 50% discount for 45$ I gave it a shot. Especially since normal people are priced out of Burgundies with a name. Nose of subdued but mostly cherry . Quite tannic at first which resolves after 15 min and then really mellows out. Cherry 🍒 crushed marble let it breathe - then the overt cherry blows off - asian spices, orange peal, black tea. Nice for a very reasonable price. For the money this is really good! If you are in San Diego County the Meritage in Encinitas has may be a case left. — 5 years ago
