Volnay Pinot Noir 2005
Yes and no. I find Marechal never truly shuts down and really benefits from air . Especially the Volnay and Pommard, which are their top bottlings. Already opened up in 10 minutes.
I was about to comment that I've found 2005's Volnays to be more open that other Burgs.
